A nutrition coach provides education, guidance, accountability, and support to help individuals build sustainable wellness and nutrition habits. Coaching focuses on realistic lifestyle changes, meal planning support, wellness routines, and habit-building guidance.

Are you a registered dietitian?

No. Resilient Plate provides educational and wellness-focused coaching services and does not provide medical nutrition therapy or healthcare services. Nicole is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Wellness with future plans to continue education in nutrition and psychology.

What happens during a coaching session?

Coaching sessions are supportive, judgment free, and focused on helping you create realistic wellness habits that fit your life. Sessions may include discussions around nutrition habits, meal planning, and daily routines.

Membership & Pricing

Do you accept insurance?

No. Resilient Plate currently operates as a self-pay wellness coaching service.

Wellbeing & Chronic Illness

Is Resilient Plate only for people with chronic illness?

No. Everyone is welcome. However, the coaching approach is designed to be especially supportive for individuals navigating chronic illness and low energy days.
